[MCPE-227963] Ender Pearl can be thrown through a Structure Void

I had just noticed that you can suddenly throw an Ender Pearl through a Structure Void. It must not be. This needs to be corrected again. At that time, the pearl bounced off the Structure Void. You can't just shoot yourself through a portal.

The purpose of the structure void block is to tell the game not to replace pre-existing blocks at that location when it loads a structure. It is not intended for players to interact with in any other way. Perhaps you meant to use a barrier block?
