I just started playing Minecraft hard-core on bedrock and I was going to live in a mushroom island but when I went to a giant cave there was mobs which isn’t supposed to be possible

That doesn’t look like a mushroom island to me, although the picture is not very clear. Please provide the world seed and coordinates where you experience this. Note that if a cave biome occurs under a mushroom island, mobs can be expected to spawn there.
