Affects all of the packs.
When you activate a pack and select a different configuration than the default one, it deactivates the pack. But also, it affects to the global resource pack.
Steps to Reproduce
Case 1: World’s resource pack
Choose a pack
Choose a configuration (subpack)
Case 2: Global resource pack
Choose a pack
Choose a configuration. (not choosing also could reproduce the issue.)
Play in worlds. Maybe 10-15 times
