Hi, i have a bug were: when I load a addon into the resource pack and do something like check the technical details, it gets removed from the list, with all the other addons. I'd like to know if this is a new error, since I didn't have this problem yesterday, or if it has something to do with my Minecraft files. Thanks.

Can confirm that this is happening on Android as well. It may be affecting multiple platforms in the latest update also.
I am unable to reproduce this issue in 26.0.27 using Timeless Adventures from the Marketplace as my test world.
I found a possible solution, but it might be somewhat unstable, as some textures became corrupted after a while playing (I couldn't say if it was due to the "solution" or not). First, you need to create the world and then modify the plugins settings. For example: add "Actions & Stuffs" and "Prizma Visuals," create the world, and then close it. This way, you can change the plugins settings without it being removed from the list.
I can confirm this; after restoring all of my lost data due to the messy broken update, I noticed that most of the packs were gone even after restoring them. I had to re-download each one manually, and after applying them to a world they seem to randomly remove themselves at random intervals. Additionally, you can only download packs if the game is closed so it seems.
