Resource pack automatically deactivates when closing pack's settings menu during world creation

When configuring a resource pack before creating a world, opening the pack's settings (to adjust subpack/mode options) and then closing the settings menu causes the pack to automatically deactivate and return to the "Available" section. This happens every time the settings menu is closed, regardless of whether any changes are made to the settings slider.
