Bug on editing add-on subpacks while creating a world

This happens while creating a new world Minecraft Bedrock. When you add any resource/behavior pack, and try to change settings (if there's any), after clicking out of the settings all the behavior and resource packs are deactivated. This doesn't happen while editing an already created Minecraft world, where you can easily change subpacks and more.
