Ore UI GUI scale is larger than normal in maximized windowed mode

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Preview

2. Press F11 to put the game in windowed mode

3. Click on the square between the - and X buttons in the top right corner to maximize the game window

4. Open an Ore UI menu

5. Observe the size of the GUI scale

6. Repeat steps in 1.21.101 and compare results

Observed Results:

The size of the GUI scale is larger in 1.21.120.21.

Expected Results:

The size should be the same as it is in 1.21.101.
