Stained Glass Panes flicker when placed in water. The textures of water and Glass Panes overlap.

I placed Stained Glass Panes in a 2x2 way to make them look like inflatable tires in the water. However, after the last update their textures have been flickering. They overlap with the textures from water. It is not a huge issue, but it does look kind of annoying. I could imagine that other builds could have a larger issue with this flickering.
