Minecraft Classic Texture Pack

Whenever I activate the classic texture pack on Bedrock edition, all of the creepers are given the charged outline, even though they are regular creepers. Even weirder, the electric outline is static, and isn’t animated. This is present on all Bedrock platforms I have played, which included ios, PC, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. I really like the classic textures and I would like to play without thinking everything single creeper is charged.
