End Gateway can teleport players to 0, 0, 0 (the Void)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download and open [mediaInline]

2. Resummon and kill the Ender Dragon

3. Enter the End Gateway at 78, 77, 56

4. Observe that the End Gateway works correctly

5. Go back to the main End island and enter the End Gateway at 56, 78, 77

6. Go back to the main End island and reenter the End Gateway at 78, 77, 56

Observed Results:

The player is teleported to 0, 0, 0, which is the Void. This now happens every time the End Gateway at 78, 77, 56 is entered.

Expected Results:

The player should be teleported to the outer End islands.
