Sign text color doesn't change unless it is clicked on to update

Signs won’t dye properly, the actual text isn’t changing colour. Unless I click on it to update.

I have dyed the sign in the picture it just isn’t showing unless clicked on and when adding glow ink sac it’s not glowing properly
