Syncing World Data

I keep getting the “syncing world data“ pop up saying the local save worked but the cloud sync failed even tho ive deleted near enough 50+ world dating back to 2018. anyone know a way to fix this without risking me losing everything. reason for the last part is because ive got a survival world which is from 2020 and is my longest lasting world and I dont wanna lose all my progress
