When the "minecraft:shooter" component is applied to the item with the "charge_on_draw" property set to true and the item is charged, there is a chance that first use will not occur

When the “minecraft:shooter” component is on an item with the “charge_on_draw” property set to true, and the item is charged, there is a moderately high chance that attempting to fire the charged item will not activate on the first press and will require a second press before the action occurs.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Give yourself the example crossbow “/give @s runecraft:crossbow

  2. Charge the item

  3. Attempt to fire

  4. Repeat from step 1, as this bug occurs seemingly at random

Expected result: Charged Crossbow fires on first use once charged with ammunition every time

Actual result: The action is occasionally cancelled and requires a second use before occurring.
