Cloud Sync Failed

I am writing on behalf of my daughter’s account because she is a minor. We receive the following message upon trying to enter our saved world. I’ve seen there is an open bug case for this but couldn’t find it to add us to the list. I’d really hate to lose all the progress we made in this. Please update us on where the fix is for this issue.
