tokens / "minecoins" linked to Microsoft account do not come to new linked Playstation account

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Open Minecraft.

Go to Settings and unlink the Microsoft account from the current Sony account.

Close the game and reopen it → notice that tokens remain on the same Microsoft account even without link any Sony account.

Switch to a different Sony account and link it with the same Microsoft account.

Close the game and reopen it → go to the store and notice that the tokens did not transfer to the new account.

Repeat the check to confirm → tokens still did not transfer.

Expected result:

Tokens should transfer to the newly linked account so that the balance is reflected correctly.

Actual result:

Tokens remain/stuck on the old account and do not transfer to the new account.
