Good morning,
Hope you’re well, my game keeps crashing every time i open my main world on ps5 Minecraft bedrock. I have listed all the details below
My world is around 950mb and does not use any resource packs/add-ons but it is my only one (not realm).
My ps5 updated to the latest copper update yesterday and when I went to join it froze and crashed my game giving me the general game error warning CE-108255-1.
Since then I have tried duplicating the world but even those crash the game.
I have done all of the below
Cleared system software cache and rebuilt data base using ps5 safe mode
Deleted and redownload the game
uploaded saved game version from Cloud storage from the time the update installed
I don’t have any older versions of the world for me to open either.
If you could help me that would honestly be amazing but right now I am all out of ideas. I’m 90% through my latest project and am desperate to get it finished!
Thanks for your time and I look forward to having my world back hopefully 🤞
All the best,
Luca
This issue is being tracked at MCPE-228432. It would be very helpful if you could provide a copy of the world. On PlayStation, you can follow these steps to copy a world save:
Make sure your BLANK USB stick has been formatted to FAT32
On your PlayStation, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device > Select Minecraft > Select Saved World to copy > Copy
This should then copy the world save to the USB, which you can share to a file sharing site such as OneDrive, and then share the link.
