When i load my world the game freezes and then crashes, clearing cache doesnt work, changing settings on the world doesn’t work running a backup doesn't do anything, all other worlds work fine and I can load an old version of that same world on ps4 and it works fine it's just on ps5 it crashes, please fix this i have 10 years put into this world and it's unacceptable that one update can make it completely inaccessible,I'm not going to play if I can just lose my world because an update broke it

I don't have a usb that's compatible with my ps5 and I can't get anywhere to get one but if that changes I'll send the link
Got mine working for 2 days now it's doing it again and I don't know exactly how I got it working. Found out I have limited storage space my world is 1.5gb
No luck here, been over a week and not a peep from support other than the advice of uploading to USB.
Could you provide a copy of the world? On PlayStation, you can follow these steps to copy a world save:
Make sure your BLANK USB stick has been formatted to FAT32
On your PlayStation, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device > Select Minecraft > Select Saved World to copy > Copy
This should then copy the world save to the USB, which you can share to a file sharing site such as OneDrive, and then share the link
