🧪 Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition with any of the texture packs listed above.
Enter a survival or creative world.
Spawn or encounter creepers.
Observe that all creepers display the charged visual effect (blue aura), even in clear weather and without lightning strikes.

Some users report that creepers not only look charged but also behave as such, with enhanced blast damage.

✅ Requested Fix:
Please investigate whether the creeper entity rendering is incorrectly applying the charged overlay by default, especially when texture packs are active. A rollback or patch to correct the visual state logic would help restore normal gameplay and reduce confusion.
This bug drives me away from using any texture packs and interferes with my gameplay directly because I never know when a real charged creaper is in the game. This is a problem that should not exist in game!
