I have prevously had texture packs on (now all are off), creepers are still seen as charged creepers

Since I turned off the Fantasy Texture Pack all my creepers spawn in with the skin of a charged creeper; however they do not cause that level of explosion, when blown up they behave as normal. I have had this issue since at least July 11, 2025 (my earliest in game screenshot).
