Performance Degradation After Vibrant Visuals and Copper Updates

Since recent updates (Vibrant Visuals and Copper updates, including 1.21.110), I have experienced significantly worse game performance. This occurs even with reduced render distance and Vibrant Visuals turned off.

Issues Observed:

Lower framerate than before

Increased lag and stuttering

Delayed input response

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start Minecraft with default settings.

2. Set render distance to a lower value than previously used.

3. Turn off Vibrant Visuals.

4. Move around the world and observe framerate and input response.

Expected Behavior:
Game should run smoothly at the same render distance as previous versions, with normal framerate and input response.

Actual Behavior:
Performance is worse compared to previous versions, with noticeable lag, lower framerate, and delayed inputs.

Confirmed: Game is updated to latest version, and laptop hardware is not the limiting factor.
