When I was building a Copper Golem item sorter, and When there are only 1 copper chest (large) It worked perfectly fine, and when there were 2 it stopped working idk why, but when there were 2 and I broke 1 copper chest it works fine again. CAN SOMEONE HELP???

I am having the same issue in PC Bedrock 26.3. I have a golem in a minecart, with 1 copper chest within easy reach and another out of reach. I put items in the chest adjacent to the golem. It sorts those items, and when that chest is empty it stops and stares at the chest it cannot reach. It does not search the chest next to itself again. This happens even if the second chest is meters away and blocked from the golem’s view with solid blocks.
