I had a Realm before but then expired so I decided to purchase a NEW realm. I payed for it but then it said the purchase was completed and to check back later. It's been a few weeks now and I still don't see the Realm on my account. After checking my Apple ID it says the subscription is currently active. So I spent $12 (including tax) and I didn't get my realm. I messaged the help area from Mojang but after discussing it with them they directed me to send this in as a bug. So please fix this issue as I have payed for a realm and haven't received it yet. Additionally I don't know why but I can't change the name of my realms.

Mojang customer support cannot help with this issue.
I have the same problem as mentioned here. Customer support constantly sends us here to report a bug.
Apple also says they cannot help.
This is a bug by which no matter how many subscriptions we have active, the realm never "activates."
