Joystick randomly freezing and can't turn

Joy stick ang screen would freeze it made me walk straight to lava multiple times and all I can do is watch my player move on its own it's happening to all of my friends so this is a very serious bug my screen is not the one freezing it's just the games joystick and I can’t turn my screen is good I just bought my phone and this is also happening to all of my friends
