[MCPE-228775] Vibrant Visuals break for some reason

so i am not sure what version it is right now but I do know it is the latest version

(also this is fotage fron an older version but it is still happening

I just turn on vibrate visuals and hop on a world and it looks like that

Does this occur with specific resource packs? Have you tried adjusting your vibrant visuals settings?

What CPU and GPU does your computer have, and what GPU driver version do you currently have installed? You can find this information by opening Task Manager and going to the Performance tab.
