Unexpected freesing off display and jumping / rotating to unexpected location / position

When moving in any world new or loaded, the screen freezes up and jumps to an unexpected location or position.

Tried to remove all extreme screen holdup reset frame rate to lowest possible and chunks as well did not resolve anything. No clouds etc.

Please resolve for normal playing. Now not playable at all
