touchscreen bug : delayed action when swipe or touch the screen and often got stuck in that action for a period of time.

As says, the bug is delayed action when swipe or touch the screen(also analog button) and often got stuck in that action for a period of time. This happened since the new update dropped. I was playing with my friend and this issue is happened when I play enter my friend’s world and notice that I can’t properly control my character with the delayed action when I touch the touchscreen and it even stuck very often. I tried reinstall the game but the bug is still happen. Curiously that the bug seem affect only me, my friend don’t have that issue but seem like this bug also affect other player as well. I can’t play the game with this bug around, it keep ruin the joy. I wonder what cause this bug and how I suppose to solve it? Anyway, I want this bug resolved as soon as possible.
