"Hide Sky Flashes" option makes the end flash sounds play non stop

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set graphics mode to Vibrant Visuals

2. Enable “Hide Sky Flashes” in the accessibility settings

3. Enter The End

Observed Results:
The end flash sounds play non stop, often glitching and cutting the other sounds that are actually supposed to play.

Expected Results:
The end flash sounds do not play at all, or the behavior matches Java Edition.

Notes: In Java Edition, the accessibility option only stops the flashes from lighting up the environment. The effect itself can still be seen and heard.
