Steps to Reproduce:
Download and import [mediaInline]
Go to Settings > Global Resources and activate the pack
Go to Settings > Video and expand the Graphics Mode dropdown menu
Observed Results:
The Vibrant Visuals option is grayed out and cannot be selected. In the top right corner, there is a light bulb icon, which shows the following message when hovered over:
Vibrant Visuals requires a supported device and is not compatible with Marketplace Texture Packs or Worlds.
Expected Results:
The Vibrant Visuals option should be available to select, as the device is supported, and the resource pack is not a Marketplace one.
