Character keeps glitching

Character keeps glitching it keeps moving when I don’t want to move it freezes and keeps hitting everything it does the same on my friends server and I don’t use add-ons or resource packs and it shouldn’t be freezing every few seconds and lagging nor should it be still moving and hitting everything I hit my friend yesterday because it was glitching so much this has been happening a lot of times too
