Custom Skins Do not Update Profile Image When Selected

Custom skins do not display in the “Profile” picture/image whatsoever

This means that if no default skin or skin built with the in-game editor has been previously selected, the image will display as a gray version of a default skin.

If a default skin or skin built with the in-game editor has been previously selected, that previous skin will remain as the profile picture when a custom skin is selected.

Swapping between default and purchased/earned skins and skins created in the in-game editor updates the profile image as normal*

*Caveat to this statement: while messing around with issue, I was able to get the profile image stuck on only skins created via the editor and purchased skins. At that point, default skins did not update the image, just like custom skins.

Uninstalling the game and re-installing does not change the behavior.

Selecting and un-selecting “Only Allow Trusted Skins” does not change the behavior.

Deleting the folder \Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\minecraftpe\XblProfileCache has no impact.

Waiting several hours (both in-game and in-menu) had no effect.

The wifi connection was stable.
