game pov freeze every few seconds while everything else in the meantime works

I'm playing with my keyboard and mouse attached to my Phone (Realne c53). whenever I play, POV suddenly freeze and unfreeze every few seconds, while keyboard still works normally, it happen even without them begin connected. I tried to switch devices, yet there is still the same problem. please help, it's annoying, I just want to Play normally.
