Touch controls randomly freeze during gameplay (joystick and camera stuck)
Description:
Since version 1.21.111 (The Copper Age), touch controls sometimes freeze during gameplay.
The joystick gets stuck, and the player keeps moving in the same direction even after releasing it.
The camera (sensor) also freezes for a short time — you can’t turn or look around.
This happens randomly, but more often during combat (for example, when fighting zombies or skeletons).
The issue was not present in versions before 1.21.111, and it’s still happening in 1.21.113.
Because of this bug, it’s very hard to play survival mode — your character can move or look in the wrong direction by itself.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any world in survival mode.
2. Move using the joystick.
3. Fight mobs (zombie, skeleton, etc.).
4. Sometimes the joystick or camera will freeze for a few seconds.
Expected Result:Touch controls should respond instantly and stop when the player releases the joystick or screen.
Observed Result:Controls freeze, and the player keeps moving or looking in one direction even when not touching the screen
