Always day messing up daylight cycle

Always day and Daylight cycle gamerules mess with eachother. If Always day is active, daylight cycle is turned off. This makes sense, as if you want it to be always day, you can do so.

However, if daylight cycle is turned off, Always Day turns on too, even when i don't want it too. One of the toggles MUST be on, and another must be off for some reason, even though it is perfectly reasonable to want daylight cycle disabled and always day disabled while also wanting to manually control the time.

For example, i like building during the day just because its bright. So i turn off daylight cycle to avoid having to keep resetting it to noon. However, sometimes i want to change the time to see how it would look at night or sunset, so Always Day needs to be disabled. But if always day is disabled, daylight cycle turns on, which i do not want either.

I know this is a bug, because there used to be no issue having just daylight cycle off and always day off at the same time.

In order to have always day off and daylight cycle off at the same time, you have to manually use /gamerule console commands go turn both off at the same time, so that the time of day doesn't change, and you can change the day manually. However, this also seems to reset after some time, especially after leaving the world and rejoining. though its hard to replicate.

Always Day does not need to be disabled. Simply change the time to the desired time, and it will remain at that time.
