Cannot do anything until I wait a very long time

When I log on Minecraft I have to wait an absurd amount of time to do anything at all. I can’t view the store, join a friends game, or change my outfit. The only way it works is if I wait 15-30 minutes sometimes an hour. I’ve reset the router, got a LAN cable, reset my console, ect ect. The problem continues.
