When I open Minecraft on my PS4, I cannot access the marketplace, dressing room or my character skins. It will take between 2/3 hours when it will randomly load. This has occurred since around 1.20.80 (armoured paws drop) but it wasn't to bad. It is only until 1.21.80 released when it started to take hours to load and this has occurred on every version ever since. I can still play online on servers and on my worlds/realms but there are significant performance issues such as FPS drops and random lag spikes every 3-5 seconds repeatedly until it loads. It makes the game pretty much unplayable. It also resets my skin to one of the default skins instead of my custom skin. After it loads, all my skins are reset. I also cannot access any marketplace content or anything in the dressing room. It will only allow me once it loads. My PC and tablet work perfectly fine. They take around 5-15 seconds before my skin appears and I can access the dressing room and Market place.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Minecraft.
Sign into your Microsoft account.
Try to open the marketplace, dressing room/characters.
Observed Result:
I am unable to access my skin, the dressing room and the market place only until it will randomly load.
Expected Result:
Everything should be able to load after a couple of seconds of waiting.
