My Friend is completely shut out of playing MC to the point he’s stuck on the Mojang Studios logo when logging in. Lots of other people have been having problems with this too.

We're actually already tracking this issue at [MCPE-229336] Xbox: Game crashes on launch or shortly after launch after 1.21.113 update - Jira Service Management, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
