Player hands and items in first person are not affected by Damage Tilt slider in video settings

In the latest Beta/Preview, a new slider called "Damage Tilt" has been added to video settings, but its seems like the player hands and items in first person does not affected by these slider, as it still rotates at maximum strength even if the slider value has been decreased.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Give yourself resistance with high level so you wont die while reproduce the issue: /effect @s resistance infinite 255

  2. Give yourself a Magma Block, then place it under your feet

  3. Now open Settings > Video, scroll to the bottom and then change the value of the Damage Tilt slider to 50% or lower

  4. Resume the game, notice the player hands and items still rotates at maximum strength when compared to the player camera

Expected results:
Both player camera and player hands and items are affected by Damage Tilt slider.

Observed results:
Only player camera is affected, the player hands and items still rotates at maximum strength, it much noticeable when the slider is set to 0%.
