Player's right hand sometimes intersects with the player's body when swimming

Player swimming animations is broken in the latest Beta/Preview, the player right hand sometimes intersect with the player body.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Swim underwater

2. Switch to third person back/front

3. Observe

Expected results:
Player right hand never intersect with the player body.

Observed results:
Player right hand sometimes intersect with the player body.
