Spears have maximum reach of 4 blocks.

In the newest preview, the Spears currently can only attack from 4 blocks.

Steps to reproduce

Set gamemode to creative.

1. Teleport yourself to correct your view vector:

   /tp @s ~ ~ ~ 90 0

2. Summon an Armor Stand 4.1 blocks in front of you:

   /summon armor_stand ~-4.1 ~ ~

3. Attack the Armor Stand. Observe that you cannot hit it.

4. Summon another Armor Stand 4 blocks in front of you.

5. Observe that you can hit that Armor Stand.

Expected Behavior

Both Armor Stands should be able to be hit.

Actual Result

Only the Armor Stand 4 blocks away can be hit.
