Mobs killed in one hit with a Spear charged attack enchanted with Fire Aspect do not drop cooked items

Description:

When a mob that normally drops a cooked item when killed with a Fire Aspect weapon is killed in one hit with a Spear charged attack enchanted with Fire Aspect, drops the raw version of the item instead of the cooked one.
This happens consistently and seems to be related to how charged spear attacks interact with Fire Aspect damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enchant a Netherite Spear with Fire Aspect.

2. Spawn a mob that drops a cookable item (e.g., cow, pig, chicken).

3. Kill the mob in one hit using a charged spear attack.

Expected Result:

The mob should drop the cooked version of its meat, just like when killed with any other Fire Aspect weapon.
