GDK - Game continues to track mouse cursor movement when the cursor is in another window

Summary:
In the GDK version of Minecraft Preview, the game continues to track mouse cursor movement even when the cursor is outside the game window and over another application.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a world in Minecraft Preview.

  2. Open the Pause menu.

  3. Switch Minecraft Preview to Windowed mode.

  4. Press the Windows key to open the Start menu.

  5. Move the mouse cursor to the upper-left area of the Start menu.

  6. Move the cursor up and down.

Observed Results:
The game continues to track the mouse cursor’s movement while it is outside the game window. In-game buttons become highlighted when hovered over, and the Paper Doll’s head follows the cursor’s movement.
Note: The buttons are only highlighted and cannot be clicked through the window.

Expected Results:
The game should stop tracking mouse cursor movement when the cursor is over another window, matching the behavior of the UWP version of Minecraft.
