Spear in hand appears thinner the higher the texture resolution is

In 16x, the thinness of the Spear item in hand (the spear_in_hand texture) is 1px thin, however, the higher the resolution, the thinner the item is.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download and import [mediaInline] . This pack increases the resolution of the Diamond Spear to 256x256.

2. Open a world with the pack enabled

3. Hold a Diamond Spear and another type of Spear

Observed Results:

The Diamond Spear appears thinner compared to the other Spear.

Expected Results:

Increasing the resolution of the Spear should not affect its thinness.
