Serious overheating problems on iPad M2

I'm really fed up, I bought an iPad Air 2024 11" with M2 a year ago, and the gaming performance with MINIMUM GRAPHICS is really terrible. I mainly use Minecraft (which gives a lot of problems) bedrock version (obviously) with 5 chunks of render distance, all graphics at minimum, low brightness, practically free memory, ambient temperature 18ºC. After 20 seconds the processor frequency goes from 3.5 Ghz to 2.4 Ghz and if I continue it goes below 1 Ghz. Thermal throttling is evident, but even without a case, very low graphics and temperatures below 20 degrees, the device heats up enormously. I have been reporting this bug to Mojang for months but no one cares (certainly for economic reasons) about us iPad M users. For this reason, I AM DESPERATE. It is impossible that I have such a banal game and a powerful device with such a drop in performance. I think all the M ipad series are affected. The frame rate after 10 seconds decrase a lot and the cpu usage goes up at almost 100% with low graphic and a cold room, and the stuttering get way worst. The only thing i have on is a 32x texture pack, but also without it nothing changes. If you ask me i will do the same recording without the texture pack and you’ll se no difference. 22 chunks or 5, 8x texture or 32x the 60 constant fps last for jusst 10/20 seconds almost.

Please edit your report to change the Affected Version to the version shown on the Minecraft title screen

Sorry what…? The problem IS NOT solved YET… Can someone reply to me….

The report was resolved as a duplicate of MCPE-191605 .

Thanks for the reply. Anyway, it’s a similar issue but not exactly the same. The important thing is solving the problem because the game is literally unplayable, and it has the fixing priority. Fix it soon, please.
