Could you please add the world seed and coordinates as an example of where this occurs?

Without those we can't easily verify or reproduce the issue.

well i generated two seeds and on windows 10 store version the chests are there..... And on android only some are missing.

I think it might be android related as the seed works on Windows 10 but when generated on Android only 1 blacksmith has a chest out of the villages. It is a spawn glitch perhaps?

I cannot reproduce this on W10 or Android. I think this might be a world generation glitch that only happens intermittently, similar to MCPE-18827.
