Stats and Achievements not tracking

So in Minecraft, whenever I make a new world and start playing, it doesn't track any of my stats or achievements, I already logged out and back in, cleared Cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft, cleared the Data, and yet it still does not want to track my stats or achievements, it's currently stuck at a fixed number permanently and I don't know if it's a bug with my phone (Moto G 5G 2024) or something with the Microsoft/Mojang/Xbox servers
