[MCPE-229901] Minecarts stop on track if hit by another minecart from opposite direction

when I put mincarts down on a powered rail they would move around the tracks but when one minecarts comes from the other direction and hits the other they just stop moving and when I go back onto my world the minecarts have stopped moving in the middle of the tracks

This does not happen all of the time and I find it easier to reproduce temporarily with 3 minecarts.

Not fixed in 26.20 despite changelog statement

Fixed a bug where Minecarts on the same track would not properly transfer momentum when colliding with each other

The behavior seems different, but this issue is still easily reproducible.
