/place structure commands do not work, unless executed by a player through the chat

Basically, if you want to load a structure with /place through a command block, a function, or anything else that isn’t the chat, it will not place and this can be pretty detrimental for people that want to place large structures or have structures that place in the same coordinates on every world, I would be great if you’d fix this please! Ty

And if it isn’t a bug, then you should enable it please as /place shouldn't require owner permission just to use.
