Held items no longer bob when enchanted using /enchant

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain an enchantable item

2. Hold the item and enchant it using /enchant

Observed Results:

The item does not bob when enchanted.

Expected Results:

The item should bob, just as it does in 1.21.114 and Java Edition.
