"My Library" button on the top from Marketplace in Chinese is now "?????"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure the game language is set to Chinese (affects Traditional as far as I tested, and affects Simplified from duplicate reports)

2. Go to Marketplace

3. Observe the text from the button that was called “My Library” (the text after My Library icon) on the top (not the left hamburger menu)

Expected result: It should be “我的資料庫“ for Traditional Chinese or “我的库“ for Simplified Chinese (My Library).

Observed result: It’s now “?????” (see “missing Chinese Traditional characters in JSON UI Noto Sans.PNG“) or at least “???“ (see MCPE-230801).

Note: This is not an issue for Noto Sans from OreUI. Oddly though, this issue can’t be reproduced on the Nintendo Switch or Windows as they display the text correctly.
