"My Library" button on the top from Marketplace in Chinese is now "?????"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure the game language is set to Chinese (affects Traditional, as far as I tested)

2. Go to Marketplace

3. Observe the text from the button that was called “My Library” (the text after My Library icon) on the top (not the left hamburger menu)

Expected result: It should be “我的資料庫“ (My Library).

Observed result: It’s now “?????” (see “missing Chinese Traditional characters in JSON UI Noto Sans.PNG“).

Note: This is not an issue for Noto Sans from OreUI. Oddly though, this issue can’t be reproduced on the Nintendo Switch or Windows as they display the text correctly.
