Video settings does not use the brand new Ore UI design, despite the changelog saying so

In the Preview 1.21.130.24 changelogs, under the User Interface section, it says that Video settings has been updated to Ore UI, but when opened in the game the Video settings still use JSON UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Preview

2. Go to Settings, and then go to Video

3. Observe

Expected results:
The Video Settings use Ore UI.

Observed results:
The Video Settings use JSON UI.
